A comparative study on Malaysia and selected countries

Abstract

This paper discusses comparatively the studies of Internet disorder of several selected countries and Malaysia. It starts by describing the concept of Internet addiction, also known as excessive Internet use. The comparative study done is to help determine the level of the Internet addiction in Malaysia. The study performed will investigate the Internet addiction among Internet users in the selected countries and hence identify patterns and factors associated with the addiction and addicts.
