Jini™ application framework for mobile networks

Abstract

A Jini™ application framework for packet data mobile systems was proposed using active networks. The key features of this technology include flexibility, transparency, and federation. Jini™ codes are highly mobile and exportable over any networked environment that has Java virtual machine (JVM) support.
